Mutual friend mistakenly phoned, she ment to phone someone and dialed me instead so we chatted. Aprently the final court thing is Monday, for some reason i thought it was longer off. Could this be why the "gits" havent comunicated?... they dont want to State they dont or do suport the Will and have it read out in court? It would be the sort of scheme they would come up with. They probably think when the lad goes to the drunken father we will cave in, itll be a suprise to them in that case that we dont. We find it relivent that they have reportedly stated to the court that our friend wasnt of sound mind.... they have no respect for her whatsoever.

Wife has been on the phone to Will solicitor. He is of same opionion. They have spun it out to get the family court rulling, and voila they have "won"..... and we have to cover ourselves by sending a demand for the house insurance details within 48 hours or we have to get it ourselves... which we just did.

So they have to all intents and purposes "won" ... in the most shameful and underhand way i can imagin.
