Sleepless night, last night "they" sent another ranting email. Of course the most irirtateing thing is they know that basicaly they have won. Thier "secret legal advice" has no doubt told them that seeing as the family court has as much respect for our friends dieing wishes as they do they have effectively overturned part of the Will and its no longer a stumbeling block.. Wife has phoned the Will solicitor to make an apointment (seeing him thursdays 2.00) and he is today sending out a letyer saying that and to release the Will.......fuck.
All night i was resolved to resign, now im not, im pretty determined to stay just to fuck them over as much as posible. Or just to see what happens.
Droped into see Mutual friend, apprently her refutation raised a few tears but had no effect is the end. Childcatcher actuly thanked her for her refutation even tho it pointed out that she was fairly incompitant and "they" told lies.... But the lies "they" told have been rebutted and presumably "they" will read this, tho they know no shame.
yes the lad is to go to drunken father, this sunday..... the court has proclaimed it.
It seems certain that "they" planned this from the first, from before our friend had even died. All the time schemeing and consipireing, stringing it out to this point. Its dificult to comprehend the pure selfish evil of it. So our friend is burid somewhere (at her own expense) she didnt want to be, her child is with someone she didnt want him to be with (and Mr "They" said at the Will reading "there is no doubt he is an unfit father"). And now they are going to sell her house (i have no doubt that is thier plan, so they can control drunken father with the money) and i wouldnt put it past them to have the long term plan to snatch him if he messes up... No wonder our friend said she would "rather have him (the lad) bought up in a childrens home than my sister" .
Ive just thought, seeing as they have expressly forbidden us to discus thier letter with anyone, how can we actuly know anything has changed? I mean we do, but legaly we dont...interesting point.
Mutual friend thinks we shouldnt resign. At this moment im inclined not to as well. If we resign then no one will be batting for good. I just dont want to spend another night like last night, cold shivering with anger and fetigue, every time i closed my eyes composeing letters to "them". Mutual friend is ok with the father now, tho she said after the court she had coffee with him and it seemd to just be dawning on him just what he was takeing on.
Dotty just phoned, shes comming round tommorow to play me a tape. Shes been off to comune with her Psycic friend. Apprently she says a preyer before starting, but this time Our Friend blasted tho imedietly, swearing about her "bloody sister". Seem to have got her wires crosed tho as sprit seemed under the impression that the lad had gone to the excrable two... im sure the tape will be interestign to hear, though i dont belive in it.
