Thursday

morning chatting with Mr handy, and his son who runs a shop a bit away.

Wandering round waiting fo rthe time to see solicitor got caught by Gallery Guy who ive been avoiding , cos i havent made anything for him for months, but no need he was cool, wants more finger automita, soon as i can, or anytime he said. His love life is stil going well, rich girl friend, free house free car etc.... fell on his feet there!

Afternoon meet with wife with Will solicitor. Nice chap comiserateing that the "evil ones" had won in such a despicable way. Hes off to another firm in two weeks, so probably the last time we will see him, we thanked him profusely for his help and suport of our Friend. hes alwasy a calming influence and made some interesting points. By applying for probate "they" are agreeing to the safety of the Will. They cant sue us for the delay, they cant keep us in the dark about finacial things at all (keep asking he said, to cover ourselves). And a threat is a threat, no matter if its preceeded by "its nothing personal"... He presented us with a letter adviseing us to release the Will, and then said we should apply to the court for the rulling in order to make the final decision as we are not entiteled to see the full report (that would be contempt of court) and seeing as "they" wont tell us the "secret legal advice" we cant act without it, with the added bonus that "they" will go beserk when we tell them to wait... (bit its resonable, to need evidence) Also he said the "confidentiality" bit was not true and laughed when i wrote Bollox next to my note to ask that. And the probate form is in two bits aparently, "they" blathered about the Tax office acepting it, which we didnt undrestand. Well theres two bits, the form and the Oath. The form gets acepted by the tax office then you have to go and swear and oath, that you have done it right to the best of your knowledge, which, means we have to be in full posetion of the facts, which we are not. Hummm i see stormy letters soon.

Mutual friend phoned, can our son come round to play with the lad and her daughter.. so off,as it might be the last time, hes off on Sunday, not far in distance but a world away in every other way.
