Wife's been to work for last time.Snuck all her pics etc. into her bag at dinner time so no one saw, said "bye see you all Monday...." and left. Her immediate boss despaired of how he's going to cope come Monday and said he is sure he will be looking for a job in a month. Wife got a lift home from the other lady in the office (im sure as she had noticed something going on with wife this week)and confessed to her that she was off, poor girl dam near had a breakdown right there in the car. She's two income new mortgage one wage going in mortgage and desperate for kids, her life is buggered already if you ask me. And now she's stuck in a hostile office on her own too. maybe she should have supported wife more then....


The more i consider this the more i cant see any other way of this happening than that the firm thought wife was going to have them under employment law. I think that my grumbling within ear shot of people has got back, possibly garbled to the ArseBoss that she was well on the way to walking and hauling them up for constructive dismissal and they thought that jumping before pushed looked better for them.
