Monday

Last night Hippe chicl and Gthman dropped round, shes canceled her interview at London Uni. She says she hasnt any money. Thats true im sure, we gave them some food to cook till they get thier dole check thursday. But i also think her canceling is to do with her self destructive streek.

Wifes been home today , she went to see her friend Nita. Shes oddly normal but strangely for "Normal" also highly moral. She told the wife that her ex council house has a ghost. She isnt one for flights of fancy. Apparently At night sometimes one can hear a child playing in the bathroom, or chattering. Shes wolken to find a curly haird girl hovering over her, her husband has seen a child standing at the foot of the bed and her nefews both saw a girl when they slept there, without knowing about the "visitor". her daughter ahs also seen her standing behind her bedroom door. She thinks its agir who maybe died in the old Hospital wing of the Abey that the council estate stand one. She not exactly frieghtend by her, she said she doesnt like to think about the "Ghost" It raises soem dificult questions, as it does for me too.

Down to fivemn, two of her kids off school, youngest just cos he wanted to stay home and the eldest too for same reason (the old ear ache excuse) she has a healthily relaxed attitude to school.

The seven new puppies are doing well, they are keeping the largely whte one (they are border collies) they are very cute, she said they have homes for five of the others so far. Set up the computer that the kids grand parents bought for them. the girl was dieing to get it all plugged in, fivemum fussed about, she very anti technology.

Thursday

Weezy to look at her new computer. Handys to chat and drink tea, then get two bags of coal. Then rush out to Mutual friends, she was appalled by the size of the bill. I am too when its broken down its £500 just for travel!... I tried to talk her down abit, pointing out that its wasn't her problem...yet. She said that "Mr bastard" would for certain not agree to pay and cause all sorts of problems. Yes he will, but the bills gon to him now, it appears that the solicitor thinks he should pay it, i presume he knows what hes doing. (some hope ah!) And maybe the battle is between the solicitor and "them" now.... and im not sure how the solicitor can send the bill to "them" and then if they dont pay (and they wont) send it to Mutual friend... Certainly i think Mutual friend is more liable to pay, the solicitors contract was with her, not the estate.... but as as ive found the law is tottaly bollox and crap...who knows.... we sniggered thinking, if they did refuse to pay... the solicitor might just take "them" to court....hopefully messing up thier credit rateing lol lol lol.

Wednesday

neighbours lad has been diagnosed with glandualr feaver and should be home today, which is a relief. Neighbour had his son in law up a ladder out front fixing the roof and he unblocked our common gutter, which is good cos i was avoiding it due to fear of ladders/heights.

Will solicitor firms letter today....ohhh i feel explosions comming on. Its the bill for mutual friends soclicitor fighting custody..... its £3,525.22 !... phoned mutual friend, she was shocked too. Thats been sent to "them" too, i think we may hear the explosion form here. I expect they will object strongly and constantly tho not to us. Legaly im wondering if they are liable to pay anyway, it will be used and an excuse to sell the hosue i have no doubt.

No letter from probate court yet.

Mutual friend has seen the the lad last week. Hes had a buzz cut, head is now in the classic "Thug cut"..... all his golden curls gon, part of his asimulation i gues, he likes it he says.

Yesterday i heard that out nice neigbours son was rushed into hosptial. He does alot of rowing and at the week end he started to throw up and couldnt get warm. The doctor sent him straight to hospital. they suspected an ulcer or gallstones. Ths all is so cruel to our neighbour who lost his wife int he same way as out friend about four years ago, poor chap. Anyway they did a scan yesterday and didnt find gallstones or an ulcer. They apparently supect his pleen/kidneys. Hope hes Ok..

No letter from the Probate court yet......

Friday

Last night composed a letter to "Them" explaining what we were doing, the wife wanted to put something about them paying, but i stopped her, pointing out that when we had the arrangements in place we had to hold the solicitors letter to ransom so they would pay. As they are capable of betraying our Friends so easily they would cheat us in a heartbeat. Posted it first thing in morning.

a memory, Our friend once went on a wild Hen night. Everyone had funny hats, hers had a life like dildo on the brim. The next day she complained to me that it was all floppy and useless. Which cracked me up, as i pointed out "Only you could have an impotent dildo!"

Thursday

Mr handy is of the opinion that "They" are bullshitting, but are indeed stupid enough to believe themselves. Came home and oh joy not one but TWO letters from "Them" are on the door mat. One dated 25th the other 27th (yerr right, i think he's been consulting his secret legal advisor again) anyway one asks for a to whom it may concern letter again and makes a threat . The threat is we are "Acting against the terms of the grant of probate, issues by the high court".... ah?... we didn't know probate had been granted for a start and as we resigned before probate why is our problem anyway?... It is bullshit, im tempted to write bullshit against it and send it back but Mr Handy advised against it lol.. The second letter demands the "Deed of resignation" thing. Which surest he is indeed shitting himself, he phoned and wrote two letters.... and risked what he got, Me basically accuseing him of threatening us again..... I phoned the Probate office in Brum, and they are sending a copy of our resignation form, so today we must write telling "Them" what we are doing and being all smarmy... soonest attention etc..

Wednesday

Consulting the best legal advice i can, which is Mr Handy. Explained it to him he's said at first write a simple letter and keep it going for a month just to shit "them" up... Then i said "They" had volunteered to pay for the "Deed" (resigning from something we arnt in anyway) Mr handy's reaction was to laugh, and say "He's desperate!, do it, get the solicitor to write a letter saying you have resigned and get him to notorise it"

Ever have that feeling that your attendance is required at all times? That nothing happens unless your there to actually tell people what to do, and then they get all upset when you give in a start to issue step by step instructions cos you just cant stand the inefctualtity any more..... fuck i need someone to take a bit of the stain occasionally.
